Discretion is not a feature of what we do. It is the reason we exist.
For many of your clients, the risk of being seen has kept them from care for years. Here, privacy extends to them and to you, and with everything in one setting, very few people ever know.
UK and international guests
For guests based in the UK, discretion often means distance from people who might recognise them. For international guests, it means arriving and leaving without attention in either country. Both are accommodated and arrangements can be made without a public paper trail, from arrival through to departure.
Staff discretion
- Every member of the clinical team and household and any visiting specialist, signs a non-disclosure agreement
- Information is held on a strict need-to-know basis: the chef and driver know only what they need to look after the guest well
- Initial conversations can take place without the client’s name, through you, or under an agreed alias
Arrival and departure
- Our own driver handles all travel, so there are no hire cars, taxis or third-party bookings
- Arrivals and departures are timed and routed to leave no visible footprint
- No reception desk, no signage, no sign-in book
During the stay
- One guest at a time. There is no one else to see them and no one for them to see
- We never confirm or deny that someone is with us, to anyone, without the guest’s written consent
- Updates to you or the family are given only as far as the guest agrees
- Visitors come only at the guest’s invitation
Records
- Clinical records are held securely, with access limited to the treating team, under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018; for international guests, records are not transferred overseas without explicit consent
- Nothing is shared with employers, insurers, boards or family without explicit consent
- Where insurance is used, we explain exactly what will be disclosed before anything is sent. Many clients self-fund for this reason
- Invoicing can be arranged through the family office or a nominated entity
Afterwards
We do not publish testimonials, case studies or guest lists. We do not use guests’ names, images or stories in any form. If our team meets a former guest elsewhere, they will not acknowledge them unless the guest does so first.
The limits of confidentiality
In rare circumstances the law requires clinicians to share information, for example where there is a serious risk of harm. If this arises, we will be open about it wherever we can.
Your client’s privacy and yours, kept long after the stay ends.
