Every programme is designed around one guest, led by a senior clinician and delivered in a private residence. Stays typically run two to eight weeks, always agreed and never imposed.
Uniquely tailored
There is no standard Montrose programme and no fixed timetable. Days are shaped around the clinical plan and the way the guest lives best, drawing on one-to-one therapy, medical supervision, nutrition, sleep, physical restoration and time outdoors.
The balance changes as the stay progresses.
Pick from two discreet private residences
A private chef prepares every meal to the clinical plan, and a dedicated driver handles all travel. Your client need never visit a clinic or waiting room.

Where it helps recovery, room is made for business and family, within agreed limits. Where stepping away completely is right, we make that possible.
Leaving well with a bespoke care plan
Departure is planned from the first week. The guest leaves with a continuing care plan, trusted clinicians near home in the UK or abroad and a direct line back.
Assessment & admission
Admission begins with a personal introduction and a confidential clinical conversation with you, the family office or the guest’s own physician, in the UK or abroad. There are no forms and nothing to book online.
The first days bring a full medical and psychological assessment, often the first time anyone has seen the whole picture.
Clinical oversight
Every stay operates under the clinical governance of Montrose Health Group, covering admission, risk management and discharge. Clinical standards are overseen by our clinical lead and the same framework applies whether the guest is in Derbyshire or London.
The standards are those of a leading independent hospital; the setting is a private home.
